Roll-over of Unused Testers

Just like our monthly subscription, if you don't use all your testers in a given year, they roll over to the next year. They'll indefinitely remain within your account for the duration of your yearly subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription, they will be removed from your account at the end of your last billing cycle.

You receive 100 sessions with your own invited testers with your annual plan. These sessions do not roll-over, but top-up so you start each new month with 100 sessions!

Purchasing Additional Sessions

Run out of your yearly allowance or need more feedback videos? No problem! You can always buy additional credits for tests at $45 each. These credits never expire and will remain in your account until you use them. More details can be found in our article How Userbrain's Free Plan Works

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your yearly subscription anytime. If you decide to cancel, your plan will remain active until the last day of your current billing cycle.
