Frequently asked questions about our plans
What happens with unused sessions? Do they roll-over?
Every month, based on your subscription plan, you receive a set number of sessions to test with our panel of testers. If you don't use them all, they don't just disappear. Instead, they roll over to the next month and remain in your account for as long as you maintain your subscription.
Sessions with your own invited testers do not roll-over, instead they top-up so you start with 100 each new month.
Can I purchase additional sessions?
Yes. You may run out of your monthly allowance or just want to collect more feedback videos than usual. You can always buy additional credits for tests for $45 each.
Additional credits that you purchase never expire. Until you use them to order a test, they will stay in your account. Find out more in our article How Userbrain's Free Plan Works
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime during the subscription. If you decide to cancel, your monthly plan will stay in effect until the last day of your current billing cycle. What if I’m not happy with a test?
All tests are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with one of the tests, we’ll replace the test without any cost. No questions asked.
