Can I purchase additional testers?
You can only purchase additional testers if you are one of our annual Flex or Enterprise plans, for $45 each.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime during the subscription. If you decide to cancel, your monthly plan will stay in effect until the last day of your current billing cycle. What if I’m not happy with a test?
All tests are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with one of the tests, we’ll replace the test without any cost. No questions asked.
