Testing your website or prototype regularly can lead to increased sales and satisfaction among your customers. That said, you may need to take a break or have exhausted your testing needs.
If this is the case, it is possible to cancel, but do please reach out to us in case there's something we can do to help: Contact Support.
Here's how you can cancel
Go to your Billing screen and click on Edit Subscription
Then click "Downgrade to Free Plan." You will not be charged again by Userbrain.
We currently do not support pausing subscriptions.
If you are a part of a legacy plan, please note that you won't be able to re-join the same plan again.
If I cancel my subscription, will I lose any credits, videos or tests?
No. You will still have continued full access to your previous tests and videos. Any testers or test session provided from your subscription left in the account will be removed on the last day of your billing cycle. However, any test credits purchased apart from your subscription (Credit packages), will remain indefinitely in the account.
