On Starter, Plus, and Flex, unused plan testers expire when your subscription renews. Your balance resets to the number of testers your plan includes, and anything you didn’t use doesn’t carry forward.
How your plan balance works
Every plan gives you a set number of panel testers per billing cycle: monthly on Starter and Plus, yearly on Flex. At each renewal, your balance resets to that number.
So if you’re on Starter with 3 testers a month and you only use 1, you don’t start next month with 5. You start with 3.
The practical takeaway: your plan testers are worth using. If you’ve got some sitting unused near the end of a cycle, that’s a good moment to run a quick test rather than let them go.
If you cancel
Unused plan testers expire at the end of your final billing cycle. Your tests, recordings, and results stay in your account.
