With Userbrain, you can invite multiple team members to work on your user tests together. Your team members can help act as Account Managers and collaborate with you on your user tests.
There are 4 predefined user roles for Userbrain team members:
Guest
You can add an unlimited number of Guests to your account. Guests can do basic things such as watch, comment, export and analyze user test videos. Guests cannot create new tests, order more testers or make any purchases.
Collaborator
Collaborators can do everything that Guests can do. Collaborators can also create and launch new tests, order new testers for any existing tests as well as purchase packages of testers from within their account.
Admin
Admins can do everything that Collaborators can do. Admins can also add team members to your account or change user roles of other team members.
Account Owner
There can only be 1 Account Owner. Only the Account Owner can update billing information and payment card details and manage the account's subscription. The Account Owner role can be given to any member of their team if the Account Owner contacts our Support team.
Go to your Dashboard and then to the "Team" tab.
By clicking on the button “Add Team Member” you can enter the e-mail address and select their role within your account. Clicking "Send invite" will send an email invitation to join your account. Your new team member will be prompted to create a password for this newly created account.
If you want to change a team member's role or remove them from your account, simply go to the "Team" tab and click the drop-down menu next to their email address.
By default, your account will be on a "Free Plan" upon sign-up. Once you sign up to a Monthly or Annual Pro Plan, you can have more team members added onto your account.
