Why haven't I received all the free testers in my Userbrain trial?

If you're missing free testers during your Userbrain trial, it could be due to misuse prevention measures. This article has more information on why and how to get help.

At Userbrain, we offer a free trial, including free testers. However, if you haven't received all your free testers, it may be because our system detected misuse.

What counts as misuse of the free trial?

Misuse can include patterns such as creating multiple accounts to access additional free testers, repeatedly testing the same or very similar products, or attempting to bypass trial limits.

We take the integrity of our platform seriously and have measures in place to prevent misuse. This may include limiting the number of testers or disabling accounts.

Can I still use my own testers if my free trial is limited?

In some cases, yes. However, if an account is flagged, restrictions may apply to both tester pool access and own testers. Support can clarify your specific situation.

Will my Userbrain account be permanently blocked?

No. Most restrictions are limited to the free trial. If no intentional abuse is found, access can often be restored after review.

I’m a legitimate user, what should I do now?

If you are a genuine user, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Does this affect paid plans?

No. These safeguards primarily apply to free trials and special programs. Paid Userbrain plans are not affected.

I’m a student and want to use Userbrain for my course. What should I do?

If you are using Userbrain as part of a course or university program, individual student accounts cannot unlock free testing on their own.

Instead, the course instructor or educator must contact Userbrain support to request access to the Userbrain Education Plan.

Once approved, we can unlock free testing for students enrolled in that course under the Education Plan’s terms.

If you’re a student, please ask your instructor to get in touch with us at support@userbrain.com.
