How to start your free trial
Confirm your email address. Your 30 days start from that moment.
Set up your first test and send it to testers.
Setting up a test takes a few minutes, and you don’t need any research training to do it. If you’re not sure what to ask people to do, start with the task you most want to know works.
What happens when your trial ends
Your work stays put. You keep access to every test and recording you’ve made, along with the transcripts, reports, notes, clips, and insights that came with them. You can still create one test setup a month.
What you lose is the ability to run new research: no inviting your own testers, and no new transcripts, AI notes, clips, or Insights. Starting a plan switches all of it back on.
What the trial doesn’t include
You can’t buy additional testers while the trial is running. If you need more than the 2 panel testers and 5 own-tester sessions that come with the trial, start a paid plan first, and you can top up from there.
Everything else is available to you exactly as it would be on a paid plan.
What happens if you subscribe during your trial
Three things happen as soon as your plan starts:
Your trial ends immediately. The 30-day clock stops, even if days are left on it.
Unused trial testers carry over. Any panel testers you haven’t used become part of your first plan balance, so nothing is wasted.
Your plan’s limits apply straight away. Test setups and team members switch from the trial’s unlimited allowance to whatever your plan includes. It’s worth checking the plan details before you pick one.
