How to use rating scales

Rating scales are a fast and easy way to get quantitative feedback during your user test. You will be able to define your scale fitting your needs.

You can start your rating scale with either 0 or 1 and end it between 5 and 10.

To finish off the rating scale you can define your start and end label. That could be poor/excellent, very unlikely/very likely or very important/ unimportant for example.
