Who is my Userbrain account manager?
Userbrain does not assign dedicated account managers. Your Account Owner (a member of your team) manages your account. View team roles under the Team tab in your dashboard.
How do I find out who the Account Owner is?
Go to the Team tab in your dashboard. The Account Owner is listed next to their email address.
Can I contact a Userbrain representative directly?
Userbrain does not assign individual reps, but you can always reach our team at support@userbrain.com for help.
What if I want to transfer Account Ownership?
Only the current Account Owner can request a transfer. Contact customer support for help.
