Why haven't I received all the free testers in my trial?

At Userbrain, we offer a free trial with 2 testers from our pool and 5 of your own testers. However, if you haven't received all your free testers, it may be because our system detected abuse.
We take the integrity of our platform seriously and have measures in place to prevent abuse of our free trial. This may include limiting the number of testers or disabling accounts.
