Our pool of testers is made of everyday people, from all around the world, currently more than 150,000. They get to know Userbrain via word of mouth, job ads, our social media or other sources.

All testers within Userbrain's pool sign up on our website, complete our onboarding process and perform an internal qualifications test. This qualifications test is manually review by our team to ensure the tester is technically able to perform user tests, comprehended our onboarding process and instructions, as well as perform as expected during this first user test. We also perform routine quality assurance checks, identification/location checks and routine training when needed.

Once the tester is approved by our team, they enter our pool of testers and begin performing real user tests!
