At the very top of the AI Insights tab in any test.

Can I ask anything?
Yep — as long as it’s something the testers might have encountered or said. Ask away!

How long does an answer usually take?
For most tests you’ll get a first answer in ≈ 30 seconds. Larger studies (lots of clips/transcripts) can take a bit longer.

Does Ask Userbrain handle non-English tests?
Absolutely. Ask questions in the same language your testers spoke (or in English), and the AI will respond accordingly.

Is my question history saved?
Yes, your questions and answers are saved automatically. You can revisit them anytime.

What if new testers complete the test later?
You’ll see a prompt to regenerate your answer with the latest results.

Which plans include Ask Userbrain?
